I'm working without a net here...

It's podcasting time!! I'm learning on the fly but it is a blast. Thanks to Andy Wibbels and Ron Oliver for walking me through some of this. Basically Andy describes a podcast as nothing more than an audio file (usually an mp3) attached to an RSS feed (usually through a blog).

One of the things we all agree on is short, sweet podcasts will be better received by the masses. So most of my podcasts will be 5-10 minutes long (except on special occasions). Here is today's entry:

When a new podcast is uploaded, it will automatically be downloaded to your computer. Again, it's perfectly safe.

By the way, I'm trying to be more "nutrient-rich" oriented by drinking this gross green drink called Perfect Food by Garden of Life. It's green dust you mix with water and sip throughout the day. It has lots of goodies for your body but boy does it taste bad. I sip it and shudder. I hope I get used to it.
